Tungsten Sheet

Appearance : It has metallic silver luster.

Density:min ：19.15g /㎤

Thickness ：0.2㎜ - 2.0㎜.

Surface Condition ：Material may be supplied with as-rolled, as-cleaned,as-machined, or as-ground finish; dependent upon thickness .

Heat Treatment ：Tungsten sheets are rolled and annealed to provide the optimum condition for the desired end use.

Applications：

Surface Condition：

Black - Surface is black,retaining a coating of processing lubricants and oxides.
Bright - Surface is chemically cleaned to remove all lubricants and oxides.
Ground - Surface is centerless ground to remove all coating and to achieve precise
diameter control

Availability：

The diameter is ranging from 0.5mm to 100mm. Special requests are available.

Tungsten Wire

Single wire of 15kg has no welding joint.
It is regular black with smearing graphite surface. After removing graphite, it has metallic luster.

Coils wrapped with waterproof paper and plastic bag inner and with carton box outside.

　　high melting point ,steady electric arc ,without self-consume .Tungsten increasing 0.15-4% Tho2,Zro2,Lao2,Ceo2,which can reduce the loss of tungsten pole , prolong its life ,not pollute the welding seam ,increase Launching ability of tungsten pole electrons and so on .Therefore ,the quality of welding seam is high.

Standards： ISO 6848 international standard and AWS5.12.

Surface condition： smooth ,clean ,no defect ,no greasy dirt and other impurity.
